Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and any included accessories
If you need assistance, our customer support team will gladly guide you through the return process.
This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
Return Shipping Costs
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Incorrect
we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange an appropriate solution.
Returns for Personal Preference
If you wish to return an item because:
- You ordered the wrong item
- The size or fit isn't suitable
- You've changed your mind
- You no longer want the product
the cost of returning the parcel is your responsibility.
Please note that returns are not provided with free shipping labels.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for approved returns.
How to Return Your Order

Step 2 – Prepare Your Parcel
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that all tags and accessories are included.
Step 3 – Ship Your Return
Please do not send your return until you have contacted us, as our support team will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned parcel arrives, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return requirements.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another size, colour, or product, please contact us before returning your order. Our team will help arrange the exchange as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used.
Any products that are not eligible for return will be clearly identified on the relevant product page before purchase.
